Returns

Eligibility:
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– The item must be in the original packaging.
– You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
 
Return Period:
– You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
 
How to Initiate a Return:

2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
 

Refunds

Refund Process:
– Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
– We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
 
Refund Approval:
– If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
– You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
 
Non-Refundable Items:

Shipping

Return Shipping Costs:

Exchanges
